Couple ( Mirror Wills ) £290 per couple

Codicil to Will £95

Additional charges to the above may apply depending on the complexity of each Will , however, any charges will be made clear and agreed with you before proceeding. There will be no hidden additional costs.

Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA)

There are 2 types of LPA : (1) Property & Financial Affairs ; and (2) Health & Welfare.

One LPA £195

Both LPA's £350 

An additional registration fee which is paid directly to The Office of the Public Guardian may be applicable based on your current income or personal circumstances.

Property Protection Trust ( PPT ) Wills ( also known as Life Interest Trust )

Recommended if you have jointly owned property and :

(i) You are concerned care fees may reduce your children's inheritance ; or

(ii) You are married / unmarried with children from a previous relationship ; or

(iii) You wish to prevent sideways dis-inheritance through remarriage of a spouse.

Couple Wills including Property Protection Trust ( PPT ) £650 per couple
